Payment: Currently I am able to take credit, debit cards with a chip and cash in person.  On-line payments I use Pay-Pal or E-Transfers. My on-line buy button is coming soon!

Product: Generally ships within 3-5 business days after order being placed. If a popular  item is sold out, I will contact you directly, adding 1-2 weeks before shipping.  Handmade items have some small differences and freckles … that’s what makes them uniquely handmade and not by machine. All items are handmade with the exception of chains, posts/nuts, ear-wires, and small findings.

Canada and the United States: Free to ship including tracking number with $100 insurance. Please allow for up to 14 days delivery in Canada I use Canada post and either DHL or Canada post to the States.

International:  Small packet surface & Air is Free, no tracking or insurance is provided, please allow up to 30 days.  For Tracked packages (14 days +) please add $34 Canadian.

In town: If you are located within the Edmonton area I offer contactless drop off or can arrange for pick up near my local coffee shop near Meadowlark Mall in Edmonton. I can accept all major credit cards and debit with a chip, as well as cash or E-Transfers prior.

Packaging:  Your jewellery comes with a velvet bag and polishing cloth, and is shipped in protective bag with an extra protective layer.

Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item. Contact me directly to arrange the return, please know the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Other: We currently do not take custom orders, and most rings unless adjustable only come in one size.
